Where are you located at?

I am located in Sunny Singapore! Items are all in Singapore currency and will be shipped from here too :)

Are you selling offline?

I booth at events often, on average around once every 1-2 months! Stay updated on my boothing schedule on my Instagram page! I will post about the events nearer to their dates. 😊

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, as long as Singapore's postal service can reach you, I am able to ship to you wherever you are! If you find that your country is not in the list, feel free to reach out to me.

How long will the items take to reach me?

Your order takes about 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped out.

Shipping time varies according to which method you selected, although I highly recommend you choose tracked mailing.

Why are the prices of items cheaper at your physical booths?

At booths, there are no transaction/platform fees, hence I am able to lower my prices for customers to purchase. Sometimes at my booths, I will have some special booth-only promotions for certain items too.

I'd prefer to pay using PayLah!/PayNow, is that possible?

For local customers, you may DM me on Instagram or email me at s.hukufuku.co@gmail.com for the items that you'd like to get to make payment via PayLah!/PayNow/GooglePay etc.

What is your return/exchange/refund policy?

Regrettably, there is no exchange or refund for any of your item(s) purchased. I will not be liable for any packages damaged during shipping (although I try my best to package them safely) and any parcels that are lost or delivered wrongly.
